Skill Requirements 

Mastering the knowledge and skills of safety management in drilling operation, have the ability of finding out major problems in the process of safety management and solving them timely.  Mastering safety management rules and regulations, the HSE management concept of Company and drilling industry.  Having the ability of completing routine HSE work independently.  Organizing common accident investigation efficiently and completing the accident report independently, finding out the root causes and providing effective advice to prevent the similar accident.  Compiling the training presentation and conducting safety training effectively on well site.  Mastering the skills of on-site safety inspection.  Knowing and having the ability of compiling the emergency response procedures.  Promoting environmental management on site, including evaluate contractor environmental management plan, supervise management of on-site environment.  Having the ability to fill out the HSE weekly & monthly report, compile annual work summary and make annual work plan.  Proficient in operating Microsoft Office software, such as excel, word, PPT, and project.
