Working Experience
Have the experience of drilling salt, anhydrite, shale, and limestone formation for above three (3) years.
Engaged in the drilling supervisor position for above two (2) years and no less than six (6) years drilling experiences and supervised to drill more than forty (40) wells which should be included the ten (10) horizontal wells and the high deviated wells.
Have the experience of tendering practice.
The experience of oversea project(s) is preferred, especially in Iraq or Middle East.

Skill Requirements
Be responsible for checking up the qualifications certificate for the work stuff of CONTRACTOR. Have an ability to guide drilling supervisor to fill out the drilling daily report (DDR) and have the ability to review DDR by Wellview software provided by COMPANY, and the related proved documents or records shall be provided. Have the ability to review the drilling measures provided by drilling supervisor, organize and coordinate drilling supervisor to put them into drilling operation. Be familiar with the drilling works procedure of CNOOC, and have the sufficient experience and ability to assist drilling operation manager to perform related works. Has an excellent ability to coordinate any drilling issues between or/and among the drilling department and others, or between or/and among drilling department and other drilling contractor(s). Skillfully calculate drilling parameters for mud weighting, bit nozzle and hydraulic calculation, annulus speed calculation, gas breakthrough speed, etc. Having the ability to solve independently the down hole accidents or complex situation Making well killing sheet, organizing well killing operation. Proficient in operating Microsoft Office software, such as excel, word, PPT, and project, etc.
